Online OnlyAssist clients with medication - Online Training
This unit covers the skills and knowledge required to assist clients with the safe administration of medication in line with individual support plans, organisational policies, and relevant legislation. It includes supporting medication intake, observing and reporting effects, and maintaining accurate records. All practices are delivered in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards, within the worker’s scope of role and supervision requirements.
